Note to the customers from the Michelle era, I am not using TeamViewer anymore. While it was free to you, it was not free to us. I am currently utilizing RustDesk, a secure and free remote software utility.

Getting started is a bit more of a manual set up, more like the early days of TeamViewer. Below are download links and instructions to get things up and running. If I am guiding you on the phone I will walk you throuh all the steps. If you have recently brought your computer in, I would have already made the switch and configured everything for you.

Connect to the qltycr server

Open the Settings tab by clicking on one of the menu buttons, either on the right side of "ID" or up top by the minimize button.

Under the Network section, enter remote.qltycr.com for the "ID Server" and then press "Apply".

You can ignore the "Relay server", "API server" & "Key" fields.

Accepting & Connecting

After the settings above are set and everything is working, you will need to provide the ID and password located on the left hand side of the window.

When remoting in you may will see a little window pop up asking if you want to accept the connection. Once you press "Accept" it will change to a red disconnect button. Pressing the "Disconnect" button will stop the remote connection.

Close RustDesk

Closing the window does not quit RustDesk, it will still be running in the background. To propery close it find & click the icon in your "System Tray" and press "Quit".
